WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING HARDWARE COMPONENTS IN THE EVENT OF A FAILURE?

Kenotronix monitors and maintains all aspects of the server hardware. In the event of a hardware failure, we will immediately replace any defective hardware.
